Akribis – AKM Series – Ironcore Linear Motor
Our AKM series belongs to the ironcore linear motors. The technology is characterised by high thrust and robustness. Typical applications for ironcore linear motors are high-speed, high precision stages for enlarging the working area of robots and dynamic systems used in machine tools, for example.
The AKM series is characterised by very high continuous and peak forces. The “power pack” is used when the AJM series is not strong enough.
AKM Series iron core linear motors deliver high continuous and peak forces and exhibit exceptional cooling characteristics. The motors are available in a wide range of sizes and coil lengths as well as with optional water cooling configurations.
